The ISOS Mindset is a philosophy of Julio Daniel Marquez that is based on balance and equality as a whole. This way of thinking transcends irrelevant theoretical, sterile concepts and pretty words. The strength of this mindset lies in the understanding that everything that is good is “built based on facts and not so much on words.”

Starting from the premise that all human beings are characterized by being individuals and that we can think differently, this mindset is not a condition that must be followed as a rule for all, on the contrary, it is followed by those who feel identified. for this philosophy.

THE EQUILIBRIUM

If we seek to build, we must think that quantity does not always mean quality, because we must think that a group of people, no matter how large it may be, will not always be the most effective. Having a horizontal vision of things leads us to understand that the way to balance the scale is done through what each one can contribute and that all these contributions help to obtain better results.

Affirming that only one person can have the solution to everything, be the owner of the answers to all the questions or perpetuate themselves in a space where new ideas cannot reach, is an outdated and archaic thought. If people share the same philosophy, someone will always have something to contribute. Paying attention to what the other thinks is very relevant, without neglecting the importance of differentiating between negative opinions and constructive criticism. When someone disagrees with you, it can be a good opportunity to find common ground, learn and reflect. Listening to others without conditioning the relevance of opinions by gender or age is something very important, since the latter are just demographic characteristics that should not influence the reception of the message.

On the other hand, there is a concept that advanced age guarantees greater knowledge, and this is debatable, of course, but be careful, because age does not always guarantee that this knowledge is wisdom. It is possible to learn a lot from young people and vice versa. The difference between knowledge and wisdom is that the former is “knowing” and the latter is a dose of perspective and the ability to make sound judgments on particular issues. Sometimes we can find answers to questions in people we least expect. If we keep our mind open, without any kind of conditioning or preconception, it is very likely that we can find much more knowledge and wisdom in those around us.

If you believe that you can build taking advantage of the best of yourself and the best of others, well congratulations, you are in sync with this mindset.

EQUALITY

According to the aforementioned, we are all characterized by being individuals and having a different way of thinking, but if we talk about equality, we refer to opportunities, rights, resources and the way we treat others. In politics, the concept of equality has become a marketing screen where beautiful and attractive words are worked on but that have no value because as conceived in this mindset, facts are more important than words.

Historically, most political actors (not all) have become powerful people who have lifestyles like wealthy people, oblivious to the problems of reality due to ignorance of their own, lack of interest and lack of skills. Equal opportunities became nothing more than a key word for the assembly of campaigns and as a result of this, in many places it is observed that being a politician is a reference to wealth while the people support them in need. So we ask ourselves, why do politics if not to become rich and powerful? Of course, not all people think so, otherwise we wouldn’t be talking about it now, but politics has been prostituted in a way that seems to have lost its value as a tool of democracy.

So if you have come this far, you understand that politics can be done thinking that we all deserve the same opportunities and that it is not enough to say, but to do.
If you talk about this with other people you will probably find people who agree with you and others who think that this is nothing more than something utopian because it is not possible to achieve something like that because of the way politics is done. Well, it is worth remembering that great events had small beginnings and it is enough to try so that it stops being something impossible.

If you have come this far and you agree with the Isos Mindset philosophy, feel free to apply it in the way you like best, and if you do not agree, congratulations, you are free to think differently.
